Mailing tickets
All tickets will be posted to UK and Northern Ireland addresses only by 1st Class Royal Mail. Tickets will be sent out up to and including four days prior to the event date.
Please note we can only dispatch these items to the card holders billing address.

Box Office Collection
Can I collect my tickets?
Tickets can be collected in advance from the '229' Box Office, during the opening times as indicated above. However, please be aware that Box Office Collection hours and arrangements can occasionally vary.
For most events, collection will be available on the night of the event at the venue entrance. Please check in advance.

You'll need to bring...
In order to pick up your tickets the cardholder must be present and provide:
the card used to purchase the tickets
a signature upon collection
You may also be asked to provide valid photo ID, driver's license or passport.

Can a friend collect my tickets?
We operate a policy requiring that the cardholder be present when collecting tickets. This is a necessary measure against fraud.
